Return and Refund Policy

You can return any new, unopened items sold on arcbotics.com within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.  If you have used the product, we will even offer a full refund as long as all original parts and packaging are shipped back, and the product is not damaged.  To make a return, just contact us at help@arcbotics.com.  Should any units be missing parts or are damaged, please contact us for replacement parts.  Most refunds are refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
