Shipping Policies

Below are our policies on placing an order, handling time, shipping methods, delivery time,  replacements, and more.  We are always available at help@arcbotics.com if you have any other questions.

Placing an order

Special symbols:  Please do not include any special symbols such as º ª  ~ № in the address.  Please only include English characters in your order.  

Delivery notes to couriers:  If you have additional comments for how your package should be delivered, such as where to leave a package at your house or a special PIN the deliverer needs to get inside a door to leave the package, please contact the shipping company (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc) directly once your package has shipped so they can pass on the information to the person who will make the final delivery.  We unfortunately are not able to pass on that information.

Shipping to Brazil:  If you are shipping to Brazil, when you place the order please also include the recipient’s tax ID in the order via a comment section.  We will need this information to complete orders shipped to Brazil.

Preorders

If your order contains any preorder items, your entire order will ship when all items are available for shipping, unless you make separate orders.  For example, if you order a Hexy and a Sparki but Sparki is on pre-order, your entire order will ship when Sparki is ready for shipping.  If you want Hexy now, you can make two separate orders, one for Hexy and one for Sparki.  

Handling time

After payment clears successfully for your order, we generally ship within 3 business days.  You will receive an email notification from us when your package ships with the tracking number.  

These shipping times do not pertain to preorders or holidays.  For items on preorder, you can check the product’s checkout page on our store website for the latest shipping updates.  During holiday periods we will post any changes on this page.  

 

Delivery time

US orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days of shipping.

International orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days of shipping.  

In some cases your local customs office may delay it beyond our control.  If you have not received your international order within 30 days, we advise contacting the shipping company and/or your local customs office.

 

Shipping fees

For orders shipped to a US address, we offer free shipping.  For all other orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping related fees, including customs duties, VAT, tariffs, etc.

 

Lost / damaged packages

If a package has been long delayed we advise contacting the shipping company first.  We cannot issue a refund for lost packages in transit when tracking online shows that we successfully shipped the package.  If the package arrived damaged by the carrier, in some cases we may be able to file a claim and issue a refund, but we cannot guarantee a refund.

Replacement parts

For replacement parts broken due to wear or user error, you can purchase those on our website or contact us directly if you do not see the piece you are looking for.  Replacement parts are sent from our California warehouse and arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping.  Should any items be missing, please let us know and we will get you your parts right away.
